型号 XJ-75 XJ-90 XJ-120 XJ-150 螺杆直径mm 75 90 120 150 长径比 20：1 20：1 20：1 20：1 电机功率kw 30 55 110 132 螺杆转速r/min 30-65 30-60 30-50 30-50 产量kg/h 80-180 100-300 180-540 500-750 用途适合挤出橡胶（三元乙丙、天然、丁青、丁基、再生），用于建筑用门窗密封条、汽车密封条的复合条、单挤出条的生产以及建筑、电器、机械、水利等带状、条状、管状、板状等不同形状密实及发泡橡胶制品的生产。工作阶段工作分为四个阶段：一阶段，机器须接受喂入料，输送和压实混炼胶;二阶段，须加热和塑化胶料，使之成为易流动的块料；第三阶段，挤出机须混合和热均化混炼胶；第四阶段，须建立压力，迫使混炼胶通过口模。对于热喂料挤出机，二和第三阶段是由预热的开炼机来提供的。冷喂料设备使用与维护 1硬齿面减速机使用前需加25kg-30kg油（以油标为依据），夏季加齿轮油，冬季加45号机械油，定期换可延长减速机使用寿命。 2冷喂料固定盖定期打开1-2个月/次，定期保养喂料，辊轴承调整铜刀与喂料辊的间隙，否则会发生漏胶，冷喂料齿轮每班加润滑脂（黄油）。 3开机前，校正口径模，紧固哈佛法兰及固定件。 4开机工作温度在40℃-70℃之间，温度过低容易损坏机器，温度过高易发生橡胶硫化（熟胶），导致机器损坏不能正常工作。 5停机前，料筒螺杆中的胶挤出干净，用循环水把料筒螺杆温度降至室内温度，否则会影响下次使用。 6冬季使用注意事项：在结冰前，循环水中须加防冻液，以免上冻结冰导致设备损坏。

Use

Suitable for extruded rubber (EPDM, natural, butyl green, butyl, regeneration), used for building doors and Windows sealing strip, automotive sealing strip composite strip, single extrusion strip production and construction, electrical appliances, machinery, water conservancy and other different shapes of strip, strip, tube, plate and other dense and foamed rubber products.

Working stage

The work is divided into four stages: one stage, the machine must accept the feeding, conveying and compacting of the compound; In the second stage, the rubber material must be heated and plasticized to make it a movable block material; In the third stage, the extruder must mix and heat homogenize the compound; In the fourth stage, pressure is built up to force the compound through the die. For a hot feed extruder, the second and third stages are provided by a preheated smelter.

Use and maintenance of cold feeding equipment

1 hard gear surface reducer before use need to add 25kg-30kg oil (based on the oil label), add gear oil in summer, add 45 mechanical oil in winter, regular change can prolong the service life of the reducer.

2. Open the fixed cover of cold feeding regularly for 1-2 months/time, and maintain the feeding regularly. Adjust the gap between the copper knife and the feeding roll in the roller bearing, otherwise there will be glue leakage.

Before starting, calibrate the caliber die and tighten the Harvard flange and fastener.

4 Boot operating temperature between 40℃-70℃, the temperature is too low easy to damage the machine, the temperature is too high prone to vulcanization of raw rubber (cooked rubber), resulting in damage to the machine can not work normally.

5. Before shutdown, the glue in the barrel screw should be extruded clean, and the temperature of the barrel screw should be reduced to the indoor temperature with circulating water, otherwise it will affect the next use.

6 Precautions for use in winter: Antifreeze should be added to circulating water before icing to avoid damage to equipment caused by freezing and icing.
