Use

Compared with general rubber extruder, cold feeding rubber extruder has the characteristics of high production capacity, low temperature of rubber material, less energy consumption, good mixing effect, uniform plasticizing and high yield.
Safe operation rules for rubber tube cold feeding extruder:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the machine head is completely anastomosed and remove debris from the feeding port before starting the machine.
2. All parts of the machine shall be heated to the specified temperature according to the technological requirements. It is strictly prohibited to put your hand on the heating part.
3. The operator is not allowed to extend his hand or finger into the feeding port, and is not allowed to wear gloves when feeding. When the feeding port falls into the debris, it is not allowed to take it by hand, and it must be stopped for processing.
4. When the extruder is feeding, if there is any abnormal situation such as plugging at the feeding port, it must be stopped and processed with tools.
5. When the machine head closes the mold, it is forbidden to put your hand on the contact surface of the machine head to avoid crushing injury.
6. When replacing the head plug-in, hold it firmly. When the head opens the mold, it is not allowed to operate in the head part.
7. Moderate force should be applied to avoid injury by the sled rod when the head is left over.
8. When the rubber belt is extruded, it is strictly prohibited to pull it by hand during operation, and it must be stopped for processing.
9. When the operator uses the rubber knife, the knife edge should not be pointed at himself or others.
10. After the work, cover the feeding port, close the water vapor valve and cut off the power supply.
