(1) The feeding device is composed of a feeding seat, a feeding roller, a bushing, a spline gear sleeve and a speed ratio gear. The material 38CrMoAIA for the bushing of the feeding section (rifle-wire structure) is nitrized, and the surface of the feeding roller is hardened. The feeding roller is driven by the shaft of the reducer through the gear, and the speed ratio gear has sufficient strength performance.

The reducer is a cylindrical gear with hard tooth surface. The gear material is low carbon alloy steel. The tooth surface is carburized and grinded, and the gear pair is transmission precision. Drive parallel shaft output, output shaft is hollow structure, screw through the spline transfer torque.
