1. Product characteristics

Extruder screw is made of nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), CNC screw milling machine processing, surface nitriding furnace for nitriding treatment, hardness greater than HRC62, inner wall nitriding treatment, hardness greater than HRC66; Exhaust screw structure using Germany Telester structure, exhaust effect is good, extrusion stability is good, large amount of glue.
The feeding device is composed of a feeding machine barrel and a feeding roll. The feeding roller is driven by gears, and the structure is Italian type. No rubber leakage, reduce the possibility of rubber material into the bearing
The extruder adopts DC driver control, with the main motor overcurrent, overload, phase loss, undervoltage, loss of magnetism, low speed start protection functions;
Extruder adopts hard gear reducer, low noise, low vibration.
