型号 XJ-75 XJ-90 XJ-120 XJ-150 螺杆直径mm 75 90 120 150 长径比 20：1 20：1 20：1 20：1 电机功率kw 30 55 110 132 螺杆转速r/min 30-65 30-60 30-50 30-50 产量kg/h 80-180 100-300 180-540 500-750 工作原理挤出成型是在允许条件下将具有塑性的胶料通过一个口型连续压送出来，使它成为具有断面形状的产品的工艺过程。胶料沿螺杆前移过程中，由于机械作用及热作用的结果，胶料的粘度和塑性等均发生了变化，成为一种粘性流体。根据胶料在挤出过程中的变化，一般将螺杆工作部分按其作用不同大体上分为喂料段、压缩段和挤出段三部分。各段工作特点如下 1．喂料段：又称为固体输送段，此段从喂料口起至胶料熔融开始。胶料进入加料口后，在旋转螺杆的推挤作用下，在螺纹槽和机筒内壁之间作相对运动，并形成均匀的胶团。 2．压缩段：又称为塑化段，此段从胶料开始熔融起至胶料产生流动止。压缩段接受由喂料段送来的胶团，将其压实、进一步软，并将胶料中夹带的空气向喂料段排出。 3．压出段：又称为计量段，把压缩段输送来的胶料进一步加压搅拌，此时螺纹槽中已形成完全流动状态的胶料。由于螺杆的转动促使胶料流动，并以可以的容量和压力从机头流道均匀挤出。冷喂料挤出优点：节省热炼设备，易于实现机械化、自动化，而且由于主机强化了螺杆的剪切及塑化作用，使胶料获得均匀的温度和可塑度；改善了挤出制品的质量，增加了表面光洁度，挤出半成品具有较稳定一致的尺寸规格；冷喂料压出队压力的敏感性小；应用广，灵活性大；冷喂料挤出机的投资和生产费用较低。目前冷喂料挤出在电线、电缆、胶管等小规格制品挤出方面逐渐取代了热喂料挤出机。冷喂料挤出工艺与热喂料有所不同，加热前应先将各部位的温度调节到规定值。各部位常用温度如下：螺杆<35℃；加料段35~50℃；塑化段40~60℃；挤出段50~70℃；机头和口型80~100℃。冷喂料挤出常采用冷喂料排气挤出机，其特点是在挤出过程中排除胶料中的气体，增加胶料的致密性，减少胶料中的气孔，降低胶料的挤出膨胀率。排气式挤出机挤出该类挤出机的螺杆由加料段、一计量段、排气段和二计量段组成。由排气挤出机挤出的半成品，气孔少，产品密实。排气挤出机常与微波或盐浴硫化设备组成连续硫化流水线，生产电线、电缆、密封条等挤出产品。

Working principle

Extrusion molding is a process in which the plastic material is continuously pressed out through a mouth shape to make it a product with a cross-section shape.

When the rubber material moves forward along the screw, due to the result of mechanical action and thermal action, the viscosity and plasticity of the rubber material have changed and become a viscous fluid. According to the change of the rubber material in the extrusion process, the working part of the screw is generally according to its function

The same is generally divided into feeding section, compression section and extrusion section three parts.

The features of the sections are as follows

1. Feeding section: also known as solid conveying section, this section from the feeding mouth to the melting of the rubber. After the rubber material enters the feeding port, under the action of the rotating screw, the relative motion is made between the screw groove and the inner wall of the barrel, and the uniform micelle is formed.

2. Compression section: also known as the plasticizing section, this section from the beginning of the rubber melt to the rubber to produce flow stop. The compression section receives the micelles from the feeding section, compacts and softeners them further, and discharges the air entrain in the rubber to the feeding section.

3. Press out section: also known as the metering section, the compression section to transport the glue to further pressure mixing, at this time, the thread groove has formed a completely flowing state of the glue.
