It is for Silicne gel to extrude for silicone strip and silicone hose . it can match with vertical silicone extruder to produce silicone hose. Extruder output around 120kg/h in our local market.

Working flow equipment introduction:

Production process of silicone tube extrusion production line

1. Extrude the silicone tube through an extruder;

2. Introduce the extruded silicone tube into the vertical vulcanizing box for the first vulcanization treatment through a variable frequency lead device;

3. the silicone tube after the first vulcanization treatment is led out of the horizontal vulcanization box by the frequency conversion lead device.

4.Rewinding

Highlight

1.Vertical high temperature setting: After the silicone tube is extruded, it enters the high temperature setting vertically, the setting effect is good, the tube precision is high, and the tube is relatively round.

2.Two-stage*-type drying tunnel completely solves the problems of product indentation and roundness

The specification of the vertical high-temperature drying tunnel is 1.2 meters, and the product is basically cooked in 6 minutes after the stereotyped oven. The maximum temperature can reach 700 degrees.

The maximum temperature in the horizontal section (back section) is 400 degrees. Under normal circumstances, the production speed of the drying tunnel can exceed 20 meters per minute (depending on the size of the product)
